Spurgeon awarded APS travel grant

Steven Spurgeon has been awarded the FGSA Travel Award for Excellence in Graduate Research from the American Physical Society, Forum on Graduate Student Affairs. He will be using the $500 award to attend the 2012 Intermag Conference in Vancouver, Canada. The conference gathers magnetics experts from around the world to showcase the latest innovations in the field.
